Connect, grow and serve with WINGS (women in GOD’s service) through small group studies (both in-person and e-group offered), quarterly Coffee and Conversation Fellowship events, annual weekend retreats and so much more!


Women's Ministry is about encouraging, enabling and equipping women for the purpose of developing a deeper relationship with Jesus, each other, the church and our community. We want to help all women embrace their GOD-given gifts for the benefit of herself and others as we strive together to reach others for Christ and help all in our sphere of influence to live a life that is a reflection of our love for Jesus.

Our culture is simple

We are better together!

Women in God's service have been an unstoppable force throughout history. Here at The Crossing, between all our campuses, we exist to bring women together to further their walk with Christ. We know this is best done together! We do this by creating an environment where women of all age groups can connect, building solid relationships. 

Seeking Jesus with everything we have.

Once we are connected, we want to use those relationships to help each other grow! We are in this together, and so we want to grow together. We do those through Bible studies, small groups, special events, and more. We also believe that growth can and should be fun.  

We serve others to Grow His Kingdom!

We have AMAZING volunteers who bring energy and passion every week and share it with our church in so many ways! As a church, we practice servant leadership, and as the Women's Ministry, we want to do the same. We are leading others by example in service as we love the Lord. 

Where can women plug in?

Women's Small Groups

Small groups and Bible studies are one of the primary areas we grow our relationships with each other and also our Lord. We have multiple studies and small groups throughout the week in the mornings and evenings for you to choose from. Our special events are designed to help us connect not only with one another but also with Christ in new ways. From Coffee and Conversations to art classes and beyond, our Women's ministry loves connecting with one another. We believe that growth can and should be enjoyable. And we love growing with each other!

Our biggest event each year is a weekend retreat just for women!  It's a weekend getaway of reflection and renewal. We have opportunities for connecting and sharing as we intentionally spend time in God’s word and draw closer to Jesus. to learn more.
