Early Childhood – High School
Next gen
Working with Parents we help our children discover there is HOPE in Jesus.
At The Crossing Church, NextGen Ministries helps children and students, from birth through high school, discover that hope lives in Jesus. Through age-appropriate Bible teaching, worship, and community, we create a safe and welcoming place where young people can grow in faith, build lasting friendships, and develop a personal relationship with Christ.
Proverbs 22:6
Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it.
Deuteronomy 6:6-7
These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts. Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.
3 John 1:4
I have no greater joy than to hear that my children are walking in the truth.
Early Childhood – (Birth-Entering Kindergarten)
We provide a safe, nurturing environment for children ages 6 weeks through 5 years (before Kindergarten) in our nursery and preschool. Through age appropriate play, songs, crafts, and Bible-based lessons, kids discover that God loves them, created them, and wants a relationship with them.
Our mission is to partner with families to help children grow in faith, encouraging them to love God through wonder, love life through discovery, and love others with compassion and purpose.
Elementary – (K-5th)
We welcome children in Kindergarten through 5th grade to join us for a fun and engaging worship experience. Kids start by worshiping together, then move into grade-specific small groups where they play, sing, and explore Bible-based lessons.
Our goal is to help elementary kids grow in their faith, build a personal relationship with Jesus, and develop a strong foundation to become lifelong Christ followers.
Student Ministry – (6th-12th)
Our Student Ministry equips middle and high school students to grow in faith by becoming servant leaders who follow Jesus in everyday life. Rooted in Luke 9:23, we teach students to live a “Not About Me” mindset—putting Jesus first and serving others with purpose.
We create a strong, Christ-centered community where students encourage one another, build lasting relationships, and live out their faith together as the family of God.
Students gather for Youth Group on Sunday nights from 5:00–6:30 PM, with additional events, service opportunities, and trips throughout the year.
